Damaged or Lost Parcels
In the rare case your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit:
- Take photos of the damaged parcel immediately before opening
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at 0423-5976253
- We will file a claim with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund
- Do not dispose of the packaging until the issue is resolved
Always inspect your parcel at the time of delivery. If the parcel looks damaged or tampered with, you have the right to refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
